BIO

Professional Makeup Artist & Photo Stylist, Carie Pytynia Webb (CPW), has been in the makeup industry since 1985.

As an art major, artist and boutique window dresser outside of Chicago in her late teens, Carie moved to California and found her dream job "painting faces rather than just canvas".  This was thanks to an incredible salon who believed in her and sent her to train in Beverly Hills, CA for makeup artistry with Revlon & Visage Beaute'.  Since then... she has had the wonderful opportunity to help make people at all stages of their lives to feel beautiful.  From City Mayors, to actors, brides, moms, authors and models for commercials, editorial, video and runway...so in short she had now not only just found her dream job but was living it.  This included moving to both Paris and London where she worked in the fashion & modeling industry.  

Carie is now based near LA and San Diego continuing to work for major resort and published advertising campaigns throughout California. Her signature look is a natural and flawless glow with a classic yet modern approach - drawing out the best features of an individual so they feel comfortable and beautiful.
